Noel Allen has served as counsel for state licensing boards and is legal counsel for the development and implementation of The Uniform Accountancy Act. Jack Pinnix is a past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has taught immigration law at three law schools. A.P. Carlton, Jr., the 2002-2003 President of the ABA, has extensive experience in complex business transactions, financial and public institutions, and corporate governance. Jack Nichols, a former Wake County Commissioner, has developed a premier practice in Administrative and Employment Law. Lynn Calder, in Immigration, and Anna Baird Choi, practicing Administrative law, have years of expertise in assisting clients.
