Noel Allen has served as counsel for state licensing boards and is legal counsel for the development and implementation of The Uniform Accountancy Act. Jack Pinnix is a past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has taught immigration law at three law schools. A.P. Carlton, Jr., the 2002-2003 President of the ABA, has extensive experience in complex business transactions, financial and public institutions, and corporate governance. Jack Nichols, a former Wake County Commissioner, has developed a premier practice in Administrative and Employment Law. Lynn Calder, in Immigration, and Anna Baird Choi, practicing Administrative law, have years of expertise in assisting clients. All six partners have devoted extensive time to the development of public policy and government regulation of private activity.
